Meet Emmett!
Emmett is a Shepherd/Husky mixed breed who loves being spoiled with tasty treats and midnight snuggles. After living in two previous homes and being surrendered to the Winnipeg Humane Society in 2019, Emmett is now living his best life in his forever home with author Monique D. Currie and her husband Curtis. Emmett adores being around people and meeting new friends on his daily neighborhood walks. He especially loves playing with his best friends, Ellie and Lola, at their country home where he can be as high spirited and mischievous as he needs to be. This is Emmett's first published book!
Meet The Illustrator!
Katherine Fox is a multidisciplinary artist living in Winnipeg, MB. This is the first book she has worked on, and with it she has accomplished a childhood dream of illustrating a children's book. When Katherine is not making art, she is working with children in an educational setting or spending time with her two goofy cats, Maggie and Luna.
